1. Standard Warranty Coverage
At Ekeson Gadgets, your peace of mind is our priority. We offer dedicated warranty periods depending on the condition of the gadget you purchase:
• Brand New Devices: Covered by a 1-Month (30 Days) Ekeson Tech warranty from the date of delivery.
• High Grade UK Used Devices: Covered by a 1-Week (7 Days) Ekeson Tech warranty from the date of delivery.
2. What is Covered (Factory Faults Only)
Our warranty exclusively covers factory defects and internal hardware malfunctions that were present at the time of manufacturing. If your device experiences a system failure or hardware fault within the stipulated warranty period that is not caused by user error, we will gladly repair or replace the unit.
3. What is strictly NOT Covered
Our warranty is immediately voided if the device suffers from personal inflicted damages. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Physical damage (e.g., drops, shattered screens, dented casing).
• Liquid or water damage (even for water-resistant devices).
• Unauthorized repairs, opening of the device, or tampering with internal components.
• Software issues caused by third-party installations or jailbreaking/rooting.
• Normal wear and tear, including standard battery degradation over time.
• Damage to accessories (chargers, cables, earphones) included in the box.
4. Warranty Claim Process
To make a valid warranty claim:
• Contact our support team immediately at office@ekesongroup.com or visit our physical office.
• You must present your original purchase receipt/invoice and the device in its original packaging.
• Our technicians will inspect the device over a period of 3-5 business days. If the issue is confirmed as a factory fault and shows no signs of physical or liquid damage, we will authorize a repair or an exchange.
5. Final Decision
Ekeson Gadgets reserves the right to make the final determination on the cause of the device's failure. If the diagnostic test reveals user-inflicted damage, the warranty is voided, and the device will be returned to you without an exchange.
